Entering & Refunds

The cost of a TriWoman event depends on how many events you enter and how many people you enter as well!

We also offer a deal to those of you who are entering in groups: enter four women to the same event and one goes free!

 You will receive a confirmation to the email address you registered with.  If you are in a team, only the person who made the registration on behalf of the team will receive a confirmation.

 We offer a discount for groups of 4 or more ladies who want to do either the duathlon or the triathlon.  If you register four women at the same time for the same event, one of them will be free!  You need to enter via the ‘individual and multiple group discount button' on the enter page and then select the 'group entry option' on the registration page.  This only applies to individuals, not team entries.

 Yes, our waves are lettered in order of registration date.  If you registered as a group you will all be together.  If your group is more than 15 people, which is the size of a wave, then you will be in waves next to each other.

 Yes, the only way to enter is online here with a credit card or visa debit. 

 In order to enter a TriWoman event you must be 11 years or older as at 31 December 2012.

 The cut-off date to enter online is 5pm two days before the event.  You can enter the day before at registration in person.  Please note that we only accept credit card or cash on site. 

 The late fee of $10 starts two weeks prior to the event.  The reason we charge a late fee is that we want to encourage the majority of women to enter early which makes our logistics and planning easier.

 No, refunds will not be issued.  If for some reason you cannot do your event, you are still able to pick up your race pack and goodies at registration.
